Designed for farms, livestock operations and plant-based product processing, the TURBO M12 ensures ease of use, quick maintenance and continuous production.
Available with an electric motor or PTO shaft drive, it easily adapts to different operating requirements, even where a three-phase power supply is not available.
A history of experience and innovation
The TURBO M12 project stems from the experience of Luciano Bianchini, a long-standing figure in the milling industry and manufacturer of Bianchini Mills.
During a year spent working in Sudan, developing milling solutions for challenging agricultural environments, the concept of vertical milling that led to the creation of the TURBO M12 began to take shape.
The project was later developed and refined by his daughter, Paola Bianchini, who patented the new rotor and continued the Bianchini family’s technical and design tradition in the milling industry.

Dual vertical chamber milling system
The TURBO M12 uses a system consisting of:
- a primary crushing chamber;
- a secondary milling chamber.
The dual vertical chamber configuration ensures more consistent gravity-fed milling, reduces the risk of screen clogging and helps keep processing temperatures under control.
The system also reduces mechanical stress on the frame, rotor and bearings, improving the machine’s reliability and service life.

Metering slide gate for loading from a storage hopper

7.5 kW electric motor with a 380 V three-phase power supply, ideal for fixed installations and fully equipped production facilities.
PTO-driven TURBO M12
Powered by the tractor’s PTO, it is ideal for farms and locations where a three-phase power supply is not available.
